Insight I builds the foundation for awakening your heart and discovering what will support you in creating a life you love.

In a few short days, you will have an opportunity to look at:

• Giving and receiving feedback in a loving and supportive way
• Using forgiveness to get free of any past hurts holding you back
• Sharing with other people in a loving and authentic way
• Making choices that are aligned with your intuition
• Learning to live more fully from your heart– your authentic Self
The Seminar is joyful, engaging, and moves quickly through a combination of short presentations, one-to-one exercises, small group activities, guided imagery processes, and sharing with the facilitators.
Insight I is crafted to guide you on your own journey of self-discovery in a loving, respectful, and supportive environment.
The Insight I seminar is valued at $595. As a not-for-profit with a mission of making heart-centered education available to everyone, we make it possible for you to register and take the seminar for $100. Then, near the end of the seminar, we ask each person (neutrally and confidentiality) if you would like to contribute further any amount that feels right for you based on the value you received and your ability to pay.

INSIGHT III
Living Peacefully in the Power of Your Heart
Live, in-person seminar!
November 6-10, 2024, at Eastover Estate and Retreat in Lenox, Massachusetts
Building on the tools you learned in I and II, Insight III is about centering you in your heart, in a nurturing and rejuvenating retreat setting.
Over 5 days, you will have an opportunity to look at:
Turning off the distractions of the world that compete for your attention and energy
Observing challenging situations neutrally
Learning how to respond rather than react
Becoming aware of negative distractions and influences in your life
Learning how to trust your inner guidance and intuition
Recognizing when you are judging and experiencing the power of forgiveness
Seeing challenging situations with greater clarity
Expressing with more compassion, acceptance, and authenticity
OUR BOSTON FACILITATORS: FACILITATING FROM THE HEART
Insight facilitators come from a variety of backgrounds. Facilitators go through a rigorous process of training, mentorship, and coaching. This includes a formal process of application to train as a facilitator. Once approved, they train, observe, co-facilitate, and facilitate with clear assessments of readiness and approvals at each step.
The five foundations for all facilitators is that they: 1) model the lessons taught in the seminar in their life; 2) create a space of deep psychological safety in the room; 3) present the information clearly and cleanly with minimal bias; 4) understand the energetic flow of the seminar and read the energy in the room to ensure an optimal learning environment; 5) remember at all times that the intention of the seminar is about the healing quality of love and loving.
Insight is not therapy, it is experiential education.
Janet Parker | Facilitator
Janet Parker has devoted over 35 years to helping people create more successful and fulfilling professional and personal lives through the facilitation of seminars and training programs and as a certified life coach. In her career, she has worked with over 10,000 people throughout the United States, as well as in Europe, the Middle East and South America. She became a lead facilitator for Insight Seminars in the mid 80’s and over the years has led basic and advanced seminars including children’s and Teen programs. She has also co-designed workshops for Insight including an all-audit Insight 2 and various workshops. Janet has helped build the Boston Insight community since it started and Janet’s approach has been described as creative, insightful and compassionate. She has been recognized for her ability see into the hearts of people and help them to connect with and express their authentic selves.
Michael Connor | Facilitator
Michael Connor has been involved with Insight for over 25 years. In addition to facilitating Seminars, he was instrumental in getting Insight started in Bulgaria. He also has a successful career as a corporate facilitator, coach, and consultant.
