Living Loving Workshops are led by community members, and held on Zoom every Monday. These weekly calls provide a wonderful opportunity to continue practicing the Insight teachings and tools. We have created 100 videos of the the tips and tools presented in the Insight I seminar. Each week, we review two of these videos and share our thoughts about how we can use them in our daily lives.
